Donna was incredibly accommodating! After I realized the original unit I booked didn’t have the type of balcony we were hoping for, she quickly helped us find another property that better fit our needs. She made the switch easy and was so helpful throughout the process. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the bed was amazingly comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated Donna going above and beyond to make sure we had a place that worked for us. We will definitely stay with her again!
